Customers dropped by Sprint were calling at least 90 times over six months and outright trying to defraud the company, according to the unnamed source quoted on The Consumerist. I thought something like this was going on. At the risk of defending Sprint, companies just don't drop customers under contract for no reason. They would have to be consistently costing the company more in support calls than the monthly bill was worth.
