Ok, as a comic book fan I had to blog this. Pulp Secret reviews the five most controversial moments in comic book history according to the blog's author. The piece contains original illustrations by artist Jeaux Janovsky.
I would probably include 1954's publication of Seduction of the Innocent by Dr. Fredric Wertham. While not a comic book, it turned the entire comic book world to controversy and certainly had long lasting ramifications in comic book publishing which led to the implementation of the Comics Code Authority.
